As an integrative practitioner, my interest in the human condition is borne out of an innate curiosity pertaining to people and a strong inclination to problem solve. Whilst my academic pursuits have educated me with the theoretical knowledge required to carry out my roles, my direct involvement with people through the formation of therapeutic relationships and research, has provided me with insight and a much deeper awareness of individual processes.

Drawing from a number of theoretical approaches and instinct acquired through many years of experience, my clinical judgment has been refined and honed, thus my proficiency in carrying out assessment and formulation constitutes a major strength. Such skills enable me to swiftly identify salient factors that contribute to presenting concerns. Consequently, treatment planning can be executed precisely and in a timely manner, enabling the client to be an informed and active participant in their therapeutic journey.

My therapeutic work adheres to strict codes of practice and incorporates evidence-based practice and practice-based evidence. I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space promoting client autonomy and healing.
